Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I get design services alongside printing?

Yes, we have an in-house design team that specializes in creating custom banners or vinyl graphic designs. This way, the design can be optimized for printing. It is best to engage professionals for image design in case you have:

  • Low-resolution images that appear blurry when enlarged
  • Files with embedded fonts or missing linked images
  • Compressed files that degrade image quality
  • Formats that are not standard or widely supported by printers (e.g., Microsoft Word files, PowerPoint files)

2. What are the acceptable file formats for printing?

  • Vector files like .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS (Encapsulated Post Script), or .PDF (Adobe Reader PDF). These are best for scalability without loss of quality.
  • High-resolution raster files like.TIFF, .PNG, or .JPEG (with at least 300 dpi for clear print quality). Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints.

3. What image resolution should I provide for printing?

Files should ideally be 300 dpi or higher, in CMYK color mode to ensure accurate color, tone, depth, and print density matching the digital file.

4. How do you ensure the quality and finish of the final product?

Our machines are calibrated for color accuracy, resolution, and ink density so that you get sharp, precise, and color-matched prints. Once the product is ready, it undergoes a thorough inspection to verify print quality, color consistency, and durability.

5. How long does it take for my custom order to be delivered?

Once the design is approved, printing takes 12-24 business hours. The shipment can take around 3-9 days, depending on the location.

6. Can I change the size of the print after finalizing?

You need to contact our customer care team to check the progress of your order. If it hasn’t gone into the production stage, then we may consider the change request.

7. Do you make horizontal and vertical custom banners in large sizes?

Yes, we print in all sizes.

8. Is there any limit to the number of graphics on the display?

No, you can choose as many images or graphics as you wish for the display. There’s no limit to the number of colors on our custom banners or other products.

9. What if the order received is damaged?

Printing Limitless guarantees that the product is delivered safely. However, some damage might occur during transit. In such a case, it is recommended to send the images of the damaged product along with its packaging to our customer support team. Upon review, we will either issue a refund, reship the order, or provide store credit.

10. Can I update the shipping address?

You can only update the shipping address until it's in the packaging stage. Once the order has been packed, we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

11. Can I reorder a previous order with some customizations?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service due to the customization involved in the previously placed order. However, if your order was placed within the last 6 months, you can mention the order number in the “Specific Instructions” box so that our designer can refer to your previous order.

12. How will the final print appear as compared to what I see on my computer?

Please note that the printed colors may slightly differ from what you see on your computer screen. This is due to variations in display settings and printing processes.

13. What would be the shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary based on the order size and location. During checkout, you will see the exact amount applicable to your order.

14. What materials are available for banners and displays?

We offer various materials, including vinyl, polyester fabric, mesh, and more, depending on your project needs and the intended use environment.

15. Do banners come with grommets or other finishing options?

Standard banners don’t include grommets, but you can add grommets, stitched hems, pole pockets, or webbing loops for reinforcement and easy hanging.

16. Can I print multiple banner designs within the same order?

If your order includes multiple designs with the same size, material, and finish, you can include them all under a single order.

17. What if the color I expected didn’t actually come through in the banner?

Our printing process involves proper setup and calibration of printers and proofing methods to match expectations. To get the colors as desired, we recommend that you specify exact Pantone Spot color codes. We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to color, density, or tone discrepancies. Any such concerns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
