RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Printing Limitless is committed to delivering superior-quality printed products to every customer. Prior to dispatch, each order undergoes a rigorous quality inspection to ensure it conforms to your specifications and meets our exacting standards. In the unlikely event that your order does not meet these standards, we are here to assist. We accept return requests on eligible items within three calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the eligibility criteria and procedures set forth herein.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

Eligibility for a refund, replacement, or other remedial action is contingent upon the product category as described below:

1.1 Non-Custom Products

Refunds or replacements for non-custom products are available exclusively under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit;
  • The product is defective or non-functional;
  • The product was lost during shipping and not delivered; or
  • The product received is substantially different from the specifications of the original order.

Printing Limitless reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether a refund or replacement is warranted; however, the Company is committed to reaching a fair and satisfactory resolution in each case.

1.2 Custom Products

Custom products are manufactured to order and tailored specifically to the customer's submitted specifications. Accordingly, no refunds will be issued for custom products under any circumstances. Custom products are, however, eligible for replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit;
  • The product is defective;
  • The product was lost during shipping and not delivered; or
  • There is a verifiable error in the printing or customization of the product (including, but not limited to, incorrect spelling, erroneous design reproduction, or inaccurate sizing) attributable to Printing Limitless.

Exclusions — Custom Products

Replacement requests for custom products shall not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions resulting from display/monitor calibration differences, the inherent characteristics of printing processes, or the handcrafted nature of certain products;
  • Errors in personalization details submitted by the customer, including, but not limited to, typographical errors, incorrect names, phone numbers, addresses, or design files. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of all customization inputs prior to order submission.

1.3 Close-Out Products

Close-out products are sold as final sale items. No refunds will be issued for close-out products. Close-out products are eligible for replacement only if the item arrives damaged in transit, is found to be defective, is lost during shipping, or contains an error in customization attributable to Printing Limitless.

2. Procedure for Requesting a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement request, customers must adhere to the following procedure:

Notification Within the Return Window (3 Calendar Days from Delivery)

In the event that a customer identifies an issue with any product, whether custom, non-custom, or close-out — the customer must submit a support ticket through the "My Account" portal on the Website within three calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. The ticket must include: (a) a detailed written description of the issue; and (b) clear photographic or video evidence substantiating the claim. Requests submitted after the three (3)-day window will not be considered.

Review and Resolution Process

Upon receipt of a valid claim, Printing Limitless will review the submission within twelve business hours and communicate its determination to the customer. The Company may, in its discretion, offer a refund, a replacement order, or such other resolution as it deems appropriate under the circumstances.

Condition of Returned Products

Where a physical return of the product is required by Printing Limitless as part of the resolution process, the product must be returned in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, in its original packaging where reasonably practicable. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refund Issuance

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, where a refund has been approved by Printing Limitless, such refund shall be processed and issued only upon the occurrence of one of the following conditions, whichever is applicable:

  • Physical Receipt of Returned Product: The approved returned product(s) have been physically received and inspected by Printing Limitless or its authorized representative at the designated return address, and confirmed to be in the condition warranted by the customer at the time of the return request; or
  • Alternative Verification: Printing Limitless has, in its sole and reasonable discretion, verified the customer's claim through such other means as it deems sufficient (including, but not limited to, photographic evidence, shipping carrier confirmation, or written acknowledgment), without requiring physical return of the product.

Refunds, once approved and triggered under either condition above, shall be processed within seven to ten business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise communicated by Printing Limitless in writing. Printing Limitless shall bear no liability for delays attributable to banking institutions or payment processors beyond its reasonable control.

Final Decision Authority

The final determination regarding whether to approve a refund, issue a replacement, or offer an alternative resolution rests solely with Printing Limitless. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company is committed to administering this Policy in a fair, transparent, and customer-oriented manner. All decisions will be communicated in writing to the customer via the contact information associated with their account.

4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items and circumstances are expressly excluded from eligibility under this Policy:

  • Products for which a claim is not submitted within the three (3)-day return window;
  • Products that have been used, washed, assembled, installed, or otherwise altered by the customer;
  • Damage arising from improper handling, storage, or use by the customer after delivery;
  • Minor color, texture, or size variations falling within commercially accepted tolerances;
  • Customization errors originating from customer-submitted files, artwork, or instructions; and
  • Custom and close-out products requested for cash refund (replacement only applies).

5. Policy Amendments

Printing Limitless reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
